To ensure confidentiality of client records, no records are retained at the True Vitality premises. All client records are electronically transferred to a secure, state-of-the-art data centre in Brisbane, Australia and protected by a firewall with redundant power & cooling systems. An additional offsite backup is made every night to a geographically separate secure data storage facility.
256bit SSL encryption is used for all authentication and transmission of sensitive data. The content of all client files and file names are encrypted. There is no clear text data that links files to a particular client.
With your permission True Vitality may share your data in the event of a referral to other health practitioners. All third parties are forbidden from using your personal data except for the purposes of providing these services to you.
